Delivery & Returns


All orders are usually processed within two working day of being received. Delivery will then take place within two-three working days.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or bank holidays. 

For cushions, throws, lighting & accessories our standard delivery rate is £7.99

Please kindly note glass and fragile items will increase shipping rates, calculated at checkout. 




International delivery 

We're sorry but at this time we will not be able to ship internationally. 



At cream&black we hope that you are thrilled with your order. However, if the goods are missing, defective, damaged, not as described or incorrectly supplied or if you simply decide you do not want them, we will be happy to provide a refund or exchange as long as the items are returned in line with our returns policy.

Returned goods must be returned in the same condition as they were received, in the same packaging, with any inner packaging intact and undamaged and with all product tags and labels intact and attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund or to deduct a handling charge if the goods are returned in an un-saleable condition, if they are damaged, if the product tags or labels are not intact or if the internal packaging is not intact or has been damaged or the products are not returned in the original packaging. Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.

Soft furnishing items must not be folded or compacted differently to how they were received. Diffuser oil sets and refills cannot be accepted back if the seal has been broken. Please note where your order is a special order for an item which has been ordered in especially for you then a return may not be possible.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, outlet items or gift cards.

Items are all inspected prior to dispatch, and we take every care to ensure your items are packaged carefully and safely for their journeys. Please inspect your order upon receipt, and in the very rare instance that they have unfortunately not made it to you perfectly please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will unfortunately not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender, and we recommend using insured/tracked shipping method as loss whilst in transit will also not be covered by cream&black.

Please allow 14 days from receipt of the returned product into our depot for your refund, exchange or replacement to be processed.
